I’ve heard some rumor about a list of nicknames or something appearing on people’s Tumblrs, and I’ll tell you right now that if you want to bring any of that into the chatroom don’t bother coming. There are over 34,000 Gryffindors and anyone who thinks they’ll be able to control who uses what name strikes me as ridiculous, especially with new people getting sorted every day. We welcome all Lions - that’s the only requirement - and I really don’t give a flying f@#! what you call yourselves as long as we can tell you apart. What other people do with their own blogs is their business.

This was also created solely to allow Gryffindors to TALK to each other. We do mention Pottermore quite often, but the conversation is definitely not limited to it, just as schoolwork wasn’t the only thing the characters discussed in the common rooms within the books. We’ll answer any question you have about Pottermore if we can, but if you expect to find a purely limited conversation about the site, this is not the place - in fact, I created it purely BECAUSE I wanted to do more than just talk about Pottermore.
